Beulah Lorene (Linder) Jameson 1918-2009

Beulah Lorene Jameson, 90, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Conway, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeou.

She was born Dec. 4, 1918, in Webster County, to John and Ova (Robertson) Linder.

On Jan. 3, 1942, she married Lowell Eugene James, who preceded her in death.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Hugh and Ansel Linder, and a son-in-law, J.T. Hill.

Survivors include two daughters, Ella Eugenia Hill, of McClure, Ill.; Lisa Ann Jameson, of West Palm Beach, Fla.; five sons, James Gale and his wife, Cecily, of Marshfield; William Gary and his wife, Donna, of Republic; Danny Garth and his wife, Darlene, of Republic; (Doc) Gordon Allen and his wife, Kathy, of Cape Girardeou and Gregory Gene and his wife, Delphia, of McClure, Ill.; 23 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ella Jane Marlin, Dorothy Robson, Ruby Galbiati and husband, Bill; a brother, Eldred Linder and his wife, Charlotte; a sister-in-law, Estelle Linder and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Beulah Lorene Jameson will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at Day Funeral Home in Marshfield with the Rev. Richard McGehee officiating.

Burial will be in St. Luke Cemetery, under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel.

A memorial has been established to St. Luke United Methodist Church and contributions can be left at the funeral home.
