Donna Faye Gladden, 73, of Lebanon, died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2009, in Springfield.
She was born Aug. 29, 1936, in Lynchburg to Charles Roy Williams and Lela Blankenship Williams, who preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by one sister, Janice Mae Williams, and two sons, Steven and Johnny Gladden.
She was a homemaker, and enjoyed reading books, listening to music, visiting parks and taking drives.
Survivors include four sons, Clevan Gladden, of the state of Texas; Ralph Gladden and his wife Jasmine, of Hawaii; Robert Gladden and his wife, Elizabeth of South Carolina, and Eric Gladden and his wife Lisa, stationed in Washington; three daughters, Jacqueline Senate and her husband John, of Lebanon; Jane Faust, St. Robert, and Juanita Gladden, Granada Hills, Calif.; 11 grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Jennifer and Marcus Senate, Robert Jr., Christian, Jenna, Marie, Breanna Marie, Lori Faust, Michaella Gladden and Scott Jones.
Services for Donna Faye Gladden will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
Burial will be in Mt. Carney Cemetery, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
Memorials may be made to the Mount Carnery Cemetery.
